“The Independent Variable”
Move 350/250lbs of odd objects 200m.
*you may grab plates, dumbbells, KB’s, a barbell (you may not load a barbell, no compound objects)
*every time you make it around, add the weight carried to your total
*you can not use the same object twice in a row, but you can use the same once as long as not back to back
*time cap is 35 min
Ex. if you carry a 45lb plate 200m, that’s 45 toward your total. Then you move a 53b KB, thats 98lb. Then you move a barbell, thats 45lb, that’s 143 and so on.
Get it done.

*RX is holding 10 reps the whole time, doing pull-ups with no band, and meeting the full standard on each rep.
**Scale down to less reps if necessary.
