I am a curious person. I have always been willing to push the limits without regard for consequences, purely out of a desire to possess first hand knowledge of what that particular thing was like. I have paid a lot of high prices for things that I just had to know what they were like. But I have also experienced some really amazing things.

I brought that same curiosity into CrossFit. What would it be like to eat meat and vegetables consistently? What would it be like to really try and do all of my movements properly with no “no reps”?What would it be like to do that whole set of 15 rather than breaking it up?

Today, pick some part in the workout, some place where you normally wouldn’t even try to do more, and purposely push a little further than you normally would. See what happens. No matter what you’ll learn something about yourself.
