Our CrossFit Classes are our most popular program. These classes are an hour long and can range from 1-15 athletes. All sessions are thoroughly guided and supervised by a CrossFit Trainer.
These classes utilize a well-planned mixture of functional movements with and without weights, as well as unique cardio exercises. All of our exercises are infinitely scalable which means there is a never a day that we can’t make the workout fit your current abilities. Our program is designed to provide you with an inclusive overall fitness that will make you stronger, faster, thinner, and healthier. We are not bodybuilders. Please do not tell us about how you don’t want to “get bulky.” Cupcakes, not CrossFit will make you “bulky.”
