The On-Ramp Program is CrossFit Breaux Bridge’s Beginner program. This Course will provide you with everything you need to begin your CrossFit journey confidently and informed.  We will introduce you to some of the fundamental movements of CrossFit upon which the majority of our hundreds of exercises are built. You will learn CrossFit terminology, workout protocols, handle various equipment, discover your strengths and weaknesses and learn how we can modify any workout to meet you at your current fitness level. You will perform workouts that will help you see what a CrossFit workout feels like and begin to prepare your body for regular classes.
