Skill Sessions are similar to Personal Training but more focused on one specific movement. Trying to get that first pull-up? Really close to a muscle-up but can’t quite get it? Need help with efficiency in your snatch or clean and jerk? Then a Skill Session is just what you need to get you over that hump. These are typically 30 minutes sessions with some homework to help you achieve your goal! Prices and availability vary by trainer.
